Just passing through Byron Center or looking to get a solid workout while you're in town? Come drop in for one of our 40-minute Large Group training sessions at Bell House Training — a strength & conditioning gym where energy runs high, the vibes are strong, and the coaching is dialed in. Whether you're on the road for work or visiting family nearby, we’d love to have you experience one of our signature group sessions and see what our community is all about.
Dropping in is easy — and it's available exclusively for our 40-minute Large Group sessions. Just check our class schedule, look for one of those sessions, and register online — or give us a quick heads-up if you prefer. When you arrive, we’ll greet you, get you oriented, and introduce you to your coach. You’ll slide right into the group and follow the day’s programming, all guided by expert coaching. No fluff, just a great workout alongside motivated people.
We ask that drop-ins for our Large Group sessions have some prior experience with functional fitness, CrossFit, or strength training. If you’re familiar with the basics and comfortable moving through a class environment, you’re good to go. No need to be an elite athlete — just come ready to move and be coachable.
